The girls' guest for this show is Sarah Ball. Sarah is a multifaceted yoga teacher who facilitates workshops in Body Love Yoga, Yoga For Anxiety & Depression and is a counsellor for women and yoga teachers.

We loved talking to her about how to work with students with body image issues, as well as how to support students dealing with mental health issues. She also shares some techniques and pranayama that she utilises with her students.

Viktor Frankl quote: "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."

And here's the story of the 2 arrows: - such a good reminder for all of us to be more kind and compassionate to ourselves.

Thy & Vicky discuss what a day in their lives look like... for the most part. A yogi and business owner's life are varied and slightly different day-to-day, but we'll share the general arc of our days. Some things we share: what we do in the gaps between classes, how we like to spend days off and how to eat and enjoy life in between teaching classes multiple times a day.

Check out a day in the life of a Modo's teacher life in the 'stories' feature on Instagram!

Our lovely guest Cora, dives deep with us about the harsh reality of being a yoga teacher: Burnout. It almost seems taboo to talk about as a yoga teacher, but it's something so important because if it stays hidden in the shadows it can really affect us on a deeper level than just feeling tired and uninspired.

We discuss why and how burnout happens and some of the tools we use and actions we take to give back to ourselves and keep burnout in check.

We hope you enjoy our discussion! It's a longer one, but we had heaps to say on a topic so close to each of us.
