It almost seems taboo to talk about as a yoga teacher, but it's something so important because if it stays hidden in the shadows it can really affect us on a deeper level than just feeling tired and uninspired.
We discuss why and how burnout happens and some of the tools we use and actions we take to give back to ourselves and keep burnout in check.
